Cathay Delight

Flew CX 888 last night and noticed the signature drink Cathay Delight was replaced with some Vodka drink in the wine menu. Is Cathay Delight drink still alive? They're my fav drink on board. (I know, I should've asked but I slept through the whole time)

Perhaps you mean Cloud Nine? Vodka, Cointreau and Sprite.

The drinks are rotated on a monthly basis. Cathay Delight and the champagne one are together one month, followed by the Cloud Nine and the plum juice the next month.

Cathay Delight, however, is available all the time at the CX lounges in HK.

Most outstations have only a self-service bar, so I don't know how you would get one made anyway.

I didn't know they were available in HKG though, so thanks for that. I never know what they have - I wish they had a menu somewhere. The servers/bartenders don't always seem terrible knowledgeable.

There used to be a stand up menu that showed the cocktails available on the J side. Don't know if they are still there?
