This was one of the least memorable and worst business class meals served by CX in my recent history. The starters are strange, and the grilled beef tenderloin was a pure disaster. Definitely a poor job by Cathay Pacific, and not sure if return catering is a good idea if your plane has to sit in Kansai for more than three hours.

I decided to give the non-lamb dishes a try. The candied Nile perch was not candied sweet but just the way I like my fish. The Sancerre went well with it. :p
