Assuming the DM+ card is the same, it's the same size as the one you always get in F class that says "bon appetit". I just got another one the other day. It says: "As our Diamond Plus member of The Marco Polo Club, it is our pleasure to look after you today. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your flight more enjoyable. Best wishes from your cabin crew." Then signed by a few FAs.
It seems random to me, because I am not a DM+ however I've got this card a few times now. And I've never gotten a regular DM card (although admittedly I only take about 4-6 CX flights a month so I'm probably not a great sample size, and I've never gotten a card on KA, which I fly more often). I think maybe they intended to give the cards out to DMs on those particular flights and they only stocked DM+ cards. Still a nice gesture regardless and service was great on both of the flights.

And what are these cards that you guys are referring to? I'm a DM, and I've never received any cards...

As for the card, it apparently is given only to DM+ members, but non DM+ members seem to get them by mistake.

DM+ is the top 1% of the DM members based on revenue. Apparently it's the "diamond within the diamond" that CX recognizes these are the real bread winners for them.

This must be common now as I just got my 4th card in as many weeks on LH routes, all hand written and some nice messages but no personal phone numbers yet.
By the way having been on the Taipei MRT thousands of times I have never heard anything but Mandarin and English spoken !!! I really do question some of the postings on FT and wonder just how much some of the posters actually ever leave their bedroom.

I received one in Y on CX873 SFO-HKG at the end of May, but did not receive one on the way back (maybe because I was an anniversary upgrade to J). I still have it with me and can try to post a pic if there's enough interest in seeing one.

Wiki report on Taipei MRT:
Notice this sentence: "Stations are extremely crowded during rush hours, especially at transfer stations such as Taipei Main Station and Zhongxiao Fuxing. Automated station announcements are recorded in Mandarin, Taiwanese, Hakka, and English.[12]"
Only Mandarin and English.... my goodness....

I've had to delete some posts as they were getting personal, and really off topic - big time.
So rather than see this go more AWOL, this thread will simply be closed.
Thank you.
