what is fare code for CX award in E
I am trying to book a CX award in E using AA miles. I checked seatcounter, but don't know which fare code I should look at. Can anyone give me any hint? Thanks a lot.

You should be looking for T class, but seatcounter does not show CX award availability. You need to call AAdvantage.

But I figured the L class is somewhat coincident to the availability of award in E when I compare seatcounter and asiamile's own engine. Interesting.

It is actually X on CX. Its T on AA metal.

Uh, no, it is definitely T class. Try making a dummy booking on CX.com.

It's definitely T class. X class is the Star Alliance redemption booking class for economy.

Just a little OT, i realised that the seatcounter does not show accurate inventory availability of the various booking class. I am trying to check HKG-SIN on 3 Jan 2010. Noticed that "K" booking class is not available for all flights except for one leaving HKG that day. However, when I tried a dummy booking on CX website, "K" class fare does show up and allow me to book on four selected flights.

Is it that CX inventory listing and seatcounter listing different? Any other website that I can use to get an accurate update on the various booking class availability? Many thanks.
