Fares to the Caribbean

I'm looking at going from NYC and trying to decide what good fares are to Aruba, Grand Cayman and Barbados. I get sort of conflicting information from Kayak and I'm new to flying out of NY so I don't have a good history of watching to see what sales come out. Is Aruba ever under $300 with taxes? Are sales between jetblue and others common?

FC (farecompare.com) would suggest it has been close to $300 (all in) if you follow this link and look at the historical prices at the bottom of the page. That link can also be parameterized for your other islands.
