Immigration at PUJ for US Passports
Two Questions:
1) For entry into the Dominican Republic, how long does US passport expiation need to be valid after entry: (i) just until day of departure; (ii) 3 months; or (iii) 6+ months?
2) How long is the immigration line at approx 4pm an is it worth it to pay $60/person for VIP expedited services?

The DR started a six-month requirement in early 2020. For obvious reasons, they suspended it. Now until Dec 31, 2021, your passport only needs to be valid for the stay: https://www.godominicanrepublic.com/...om/coronavirus
