COVID Friendly in Jamaica

Hey all,

Wife and I are fully vaccinated and were hoping to find a COVID friendly all-inclusive in Jamaica... any recs? Also, what happens if you test positive on the way back? We are traveling with our 3 year old, our concern is what will happen is one of us tests positive on the way back when we have to swab to get back to the US?
