November - where to go for a honeymoon?
Hi,
We are looking for a great holiday destination in November. Which Island would you recommend in terms of good weather? We don't need night life, rather looking for sunny weather and nice beaches.
We only have time in November to enjoy our honeymoon, Costa Rica was our first choice but weather there seems to be a bit challenging in November.
Thanks,
Karolina

Not enough info. What budget? Any preference from your home airport?
All-inclusive or not?
Technically hurricane season does not end until Nov 30. So you could look at Aruba since it is technically out of the hurricane belt.

November - where to go for a honeymoon
Hi,
We will be departing from NYC. We are not all inclusive types, but we are looking for a good 4* hotel and this would be our budget. We are polish citizens, we do have passports. We like to eat out, looking for places that local people recommend. Also, we won't be spending a lot of time in the hotel, we'd rather explore the island, rent a car etc.
We're been thinking about going to Miami, spend a few days over there and fly or cruise to the Caribbean for approx two weeks. We could skip Miami though and fly directly from NYC.
Thanks for your help!

Some people like cruises and some people hate them. I think they are a good option.
Look at www.vactionstogo.com to get an idea of prices and destinations. I would avoid Carnival for a honeymoon cruise.
If thinking cruise then look at all the departure ports in Florida. Some may have different lines/itineraries and prices.

Since you are nervous about the weather, do look into Aruba and Curaçao. They are considered outside the hurricane belt. They are close to each other.

For just about guaranteed weather Aruba, beaches are great sand never hot.
Plenty of food options.. One or 2 days and you can explore entire island.
Additional benefit people are friendly

Aruba is a good choice. Daily direct flights from EWR. Lots of restaurants. The island is not huge. One day of rental car, or jeep if you are adventurous, would be enough to see the entire place.
Another possibility is Barbados. There are lots and lots of restaurants, and the island is large enough that you could make use of a car for 2-3 days.
