Aruba booze

Does anyone bring booze to Aruba? Duty free or otherwise? Is it a 'coals to Newcastle' thing?

Booze was very expensive everywhere in Aruba. We brought a bottle of vodka with us on our trip in November. We didn't have time to go to duty free during our layover, but were extremely pleased with USAir's duty free store onboard. We bought an additional 1 litre bottle of Grey goose for $30. Tried to buy another on the way home, but they'd run out...

So there are no hassles 'importing' a bottle or two into Aruba?

def go duty free on this...you'll be hard pressed to find a bottle there that won't empty your pockets.
