Capital One Aspire World (Canada) - Credit Limit?

Hello All,

I just applied for this card because of the rewards and additional $75 bonus from Great Canadian Rebates but my credit limit is surprising low. $5000 to be exact.

Is this normal for Cap one? I have other cc's with higher limits. I have no experience yet with Cap one.
