A new edition of the book by Peter Pigott has been published. Adds a new chapter which chronicles the death of CP up to AC's filing for protection. Some interesting stuff that I didn't know/remember - I'll outline some of it when I have a little more time.
This one's paperback, Harbour Publishing. Last few pages seem *very* hastily written but otherwise not a bad read.
