I just read the entire website and I still have NO IDEA what they plan on doing.
They better have their own capital, because with plans like that, they aren't getting anyone elses!

Anyway, having flown into Windsor airport a number of times this year, I am not sure they are currently configured to really handle the A380...

Whoever they are, they should figure out how to design a website.
