Computer repairs in YVR
Hi
I have just spilt orange juice on my notebook keypad and the keys are sort of getting stuck...
Can anyone recommend a place where I might be able to get quick repair services other than the sales agent?
It's a SONY VAIO notebook.
Thx

Any Futureshop/ Bestbuy can do it.
But, you have to order the keypad by web before....and if you are little bit manuel...you can do it yourselve....it take 30 minutes and need no special tools.

It is very easy to do it yourself, I just got a new keyboard from Dell, installed it myself with a screwdriver. I would try ordering it thru Sony, probably cheaper to buy a new one, than have Future shop try and fix it.

Were you inquiring about a place inside Vancouver International Airport aka YVR, or just within the City of Vancouver and environs?

Sometimes a DIY job will leave traces of layman tampering, thus nullifying any type of existing warranty.
