VIA Rail WiFi

Hi,

I had a few questions about the WiFi Internet on VIA Rail.

1) Is it available all the time onboard, or only while the train is moving?
2) What is the connection speed like? Is it useable?
3) Does the train have power ports?

I'm trying to decide whether it is worth the 10$ for my next Toronto - Montreal trip.

Thanks!

Connection speed and reliability are OK, usable most of the time but not amazing.

There are 110VAC plugs at every seat in VIA1

I can't recall if the service works in the terminals at Montreal and Toronto but it definately worked at all points including during station stops in between.
