Montreal in October?

I was there last October around the 12th.
Nice fall foliage in the area. Even though this is north of VT/NH, the St. Lawrence Valley has a milder climate than the mountains of northern VT/NH, and thus the fall foliage displays tend to be more like lower elevation parts of VT/NH.
