Flying into Fredricton, New Brunswick

We plan on going in October. Is is way too cold for Floridians? Plan on staying there from 4-6 days touring the provence. Any tips on festivals, lodging, B&Bs and other info appreciated.

If you go in early October you will see some great leaf colour changing and it will be cool at night with some possibility of frost.
There is some great countryside in New Brunswick and don't forget to see the bay of fundy tides which are the highest in the world.
