Protest Pearson baggage wait time

Protest Pearson baggage wait time
Is it me or does checked baggage take way too long to receive at Pearson. I pretty much travel exclusively with A/C so maybe its and Air Canada problem? Still it doesn't matter what terminal...My average wiat time has been about 40 minutes the past 4 or 5 times I've had checked luggage...
i think its' time to start a protest. This wait time compares to other airports - like Philly where my bags are always waiting for me at the carousel by the time I'm able to walk from the gate to baggage. Columbus, Cleveland, las Vegas, others where the wait time is maybe 10 mins.
