Something Unique in Toronto?

I'm spending next weekend in Toronto and would like to try a new restaurant. I've enjoyed JUMP, Fume, Monsoon etc.

Can anyone recommend anything really spectacular?

You can also check out the various neighborhood around downtown Toronto. There are a variety of cuisines around there.

Maybe one of the YYZ local can expand on this.
