NAVCAN staff are part of PSAC but I believe they recently ratified a new contract.
CATSA is the federal agency responsible for air security but it contracts out its responsibilities, so the screeners at airport checkpoints are not federal employees. I believe GardaWorld is the actual service provider at my local airport in Western Canada.

GardaWorld provides CATSA staffing for Pearson as well. No PSAC related delays at YYZ or YOW this week.

Those are office workers.
The controllers are part of UNIFOR.
Controllers are currently working without a contract but negotiating with the employer.
