Canada Customs online declaration

Offered option to submit declaration via ArriveCan. Would appreciate feedback about doing so. Does it really save time at the airport on arrival? Any experience in using this feature?

I travel back and forth frequently. I flew into Canada a few days ago and never declared anything in writing. Nexus machine was broken. Agent just checked my arrivecan and vaccine card. Nothing else.

Thanks for info. Just wondered about trying it. Not sure how it’s a time-saver since one still has to confirm the declaration. Unclear if that’s at the machine or not. Avoiding broken machines would be great. Did you pass the machines and go directly to the Lane 1 officer who checks Nexus travellers?
