Applicability of Air Passenger Protection Regulations
All,
I have a flight YYZ-MEX-NRT round trip. The return portion (NRT-MEX-YYZ) has been affected by a carrier initiated schedule change (my NRT-MEX flight was cancelled and the entire itinerary was shifted by a day by the carrier). Do the Air Passenger Protection Regulations apply to this scenario?
