Shower at YYZ outside security?

I'm arriving at YYZ at 0540 next week and would like to take a shower before I go to some meetings downtown. I don't have a connecting flight so I don't think I can get to the MLL.
There's a health club in T1 that says it has showers and sells a $15 day pass. Are their showers decent? Are there any other options? I'll have a car but would prefer to leave it parked and take the train or Rocket downtown. TIA.

50K and up can access domestic MLLs on arrival.

It is either Goodlife Fitness in T1 or the Sheraton at T3. I can't remember the fee to get into the Sheraton fitness area, but about $25 I think.

The Goodlife showers are clean and decent, very standard gym showers with individual stalls and lockers.

You can use MLL as an arrival lounge. But the only thing is that this will only work for domestic flights as you will need to clear custom and immigration for TB and Int'l arrival flights and once you are done, you will be outside of security.

In case it wasn't clear, I'm arriving international -- I get off the plane, come through immigration and baggage claim and out into the first floor lobby. Then what?
I don't have a connecting flight so I have no boarding pass to get airside.
