Uber from Billy bishop

So I've fallen into the uber bandwagon as of late and just wondering what are the rules for being picked up by an uber at billy bishop. I know they are banned from Pearson and Trudeau for example.

Can I do it right from the ferry/tunnel terminal or do I need to walk a block to the school/queens quay?

You can get dropped off can't be picked up
Edit:
Banned was the wrong word, but I could be wrong I'm only a couple weeks in to my uber experience

If true, it must be extremely new.

It is true for UBERX, and has been in place for ages. There is a loophole to it, though some drivers may avoid picking up from YYZ after requested.

I'm fairly certain you can do it straight from the terminal. If not, place the marker in the park and call them to let them know.

I called an UberSELECT or XL.. from YTZ, it arrived in 3 minutes, a nice chevy suburban.

3 ppl + bags + stroller and infant. worked better than squeezing in a dirty cab.
