YVR non-stops (or directs) to Sun?

My family is considering a holiday to a sun-destination in February - Mexico or the Caribbean (not USA). Wondering if there's an easy way to determine non-stop or direct flights out of YVR in February to blue water - i.e. Sunwing, WestJet, ACr etc. With two little kids I'm not really interested in schlepping them and their gear through Pearson at 3am to make a connection.

Check the leisure airline sites. WG (Sunwing) even has non-stops (or perhaps directs depending on season) to VRA but these flights (like many packaged leisure flights) may have ugly times such as arrival into VRA at 0300 and departure at 0400 (did for Aprl '15 anyway). The others are going to be TS and WS.

Your best bet is Transat or Sunwing, but both can be spotty and often have weird departure/arrival times. If you don't care where you go as long as it's not USA, just go on the Sunwing site, search until you find a price you like. Veradero, Havana, multiple places in Mexico. There's also ads in the paper every day for either Sunwing or Flight center.
