YVR rat problems?

Seems like the publicity of a potential rat problem at YVR is making the rounds again. Remind me not to eat anything there.

I have seen rodents at YVR and ORD on the same day. In the public areas before security. I see birds in terminals way more commonly, but that is because birds are more visible than little scurrying ratty furballs.

Gate C39 at the moment, keeps coming out from under vending machines there. Informed staff, asked if I could feed it so would stay under there as poor thing was likely hungry.
