Using Old Vancouver Transit Day Pass?

I have 2 Vancouver Transit day passes that are probably a year or two old. They each show a face value of $9.

I noticed that the current Vancouver day pass rate is $9.75.

Is there a way to exchange the old passes for new passes and just pay the $.75 difference for each? Or can I still validly use the old day passes?

If I can exchange them for new passes, where could I do the exchange? I would be arriving at the airport, so going to a downtown transit office doesn't really appeal. Any idea if the 7-11 in the airport would do the exchange?

Any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure you can still use them. I know you can use the old faresavers in the fare boxes when the price goes up on them.
