Does anyone know of any companies flying out of North America that offer fully refundable fligh

I have a Canadian working holiday visa which states that you must have an onwards flight in order to get your year visa ,but i dont know where i want to go in a years time. So my original solution was to get a dummy ticket for cheap and just not take the flight. Problem is, they make you fly so far away that it isn't cheap (maybe they wised up to that trick). So the nice lady in STA suggested that I look for a fully refundable flight to 'anywhere' (I love it when travel agents have morals!).

Can anyone give me any advice on this situation or suggest a company that offers these tickets?

Is it generally an easy process to get your money refunded.

An Air Canada "Latitude" class fare is refundable:

If you book an AC ticket at aircanada.com you'll have the option to purchase a latitude fare class.

Note that latitude tickets are quite expensive, so your money will be tied up for a while. For example, YYZ <--> LHR in September:

Tango Plus (no refund): $1400
Latititude (refundable): $4400

I wasn't aware Canada had a working-holiday visa..

Try BA or DL/KLM.. Purchase the refundable fare, ofcourse. Even if it means connecting thru AMS or somewhere in the States, much cheaper than AC.
