Good lounge in T3?
Hello does anyone know a good lounge or restaurant in T3? I've been to the Plaza and PPL in T1 but I rarely fly from T3. And are all the lounges just member based or can I pay anywhere for some peace and quiet?

Don't quote me on this, but, for US flights there is a Plaza Premium lounge as well as an AA Admirals Club. On the other side, for international departures, there is a BA lounge, a KLM Crown lounge and a Plaza Premium lounge. Plaza Premium lounges can be booked at $30 for two hours or $35 for three hours. For the airline lounges, you'll probably have better luck asking about them on the airline forums.

Neither Admiral Club or Plaza in US departure are is worth paying extra to go in.
The KLM Crown lounge at Intl departure is a good place to chill if you are flying Skyteam (AF KL DL) TALT

I know I'm taking this thread a little off topic, but it seems like a good place to add this rather than start a new thread:
I have a US-bound DL departure from YYZ scheduled a few weeks from now, and if all goes smoothly I expect to be thru security and customs with at least an hour+ to spare. Are there the "usual" complement of newsstands and vendors past security/customs at this terminal, so I can dump the remainder of my Canadian coins/cash there on random "stuff" (magazines, chocolate, etc.)? I'm not looking for duty-free stuff, just your usual pre-flight stuff.
Thanks for any insight...

I only tried Plaza Premium Lounge in T3, the price was fair, I paid almost $35 for 3 hrs I believe... It was quiet and nice at first.. but after 3pm or so, whole bunch of people came in and i am not kidding, they were like mad people... it was so noisy and..... XXX
I guess Plaza Lounge is not bad if the timing is right..
GOOD LUCK

Okay
Just left the lounge for my trip to Beijing. Nice comfy place
Tasty food, nice view and very quiet, a good place to get some zzzzzssss before the long flight to China! Girl at the front was helpful when I wanted to log on to the computers. Overall, a nice place to visit if you have time to kill at Pearson Airport
:} so go check it out!

Lounges T3
In March we tried out the Plaza Premium Lounge in T3 International departures. I can't remember the cost but I had a 20% off coupon that I printed off the internet (and bye the way, the coupons are still available). I found it very relaxing and comfortable. The only drawback with this particular lounge is that there are no windows...I did not expect that.

All terminals at YYZ has two distinct departure area, International and pre-cleared US with different lounges under the same airline/operator/name.
