Airside at SAN
Hi,
Can anyone tell me if you can get between the East and West piers at San Diego T2? i.e. will I be able to get to the Delta Club if i'm on a Virgin America flight?
Many thanks
Tony

all of T2 at SAN connected airside?
I'm sorry for bumping an old thread.
Is it still the case that all of T2 at SAN is connected airside? Specifically, I will be departing on UA and would like to use the AA Admirals Club for a couple of hours prior to my departure.

I've actually contemplated doing the opposite, by the way... I always fly AA, but I've considered making the walk to the opposite end of the terminal to check out the new UA and DL clubs.

Yes, UA uses the west end gates, and the Admirals Club is on the east side. It really isn't a terribly long walk (about five minutes or so), and it can be done airside.

No problem.
By the way, for those who haven't been to SAN for a while, you'll be shocked to see the changes to T2, particularly the west side. It's like a completely different airport (in a good way). By the time the new development is complete next year, there will supposedly be 87 new businesses throughout the three terminals. The last couple of times I was there, I didn't even bother with the AC... just explored all the new stuff.
