gate 4?
I'm coming in on UA 451 from DEN into terminal 1. The UA TT then says I depart from terminal R (??) for LAX on UX. Is this the commuter terminal?
I looked up all the LAX flights on UX on the SAN website and they say "gate 4". But the terminal map shows a gate 4 both in terminal 1 and in the commuter terminal. So which is it?
Also, is 45 mins enough time to get between gates comfortably?
Thanks, SAN flyers!

Commuter Terminal
You'll be out of the commuter terminal. UX operates gates 3 and 4 at the commuter terminal. When you arrive you'll need to exit the airport and catch the "Red Bus" to the commuter terminal and reclear security. Oh, and the commuter terminal TSA is a 100% all shoes off checkpoint.
45 minutes should be enough time. UX flights "board" 20 minutes before departure when they walk you out to the airplane.

I'm used to taking my shoes off every time in DEN (where it's strongly encouraged) and always travel in slip-ons, but thanks for the heads-up!
