Don't know if this helps much, but I did SJC-BUR on WN on a Sunday morning about two months ago.
Left Castro Valley at about 8:45 a.m. and was at SJC at about 9:30 (stopped to top off rental car).
No traffic in the airport - drove right to the car return. Was at the terminal by 9:45. Can't comment on parking, though.
Not bad line at WN. Used the kiosk check in and went right to security. I think I was in line for about five-ten minutues, tops.
[edited for spelling and typos - I hate typing on my laptop]

I flew AA out of SJC last Saturday morning at 6:51a.m. and zipped right through everything. No lines at all at security. Don't know what it was like down on the UA side, though, as it's a different terminal. I parked at DeLaCruz, where I always go now, and they shuttled me over within 10 mins of arrival there.
Quite a contrast to SFO this morning, where the AA ticket counter lines had to be over 100 people long (I checked in at a computer kiosk).
