ParkSFO miles
I signed up for these months ago and haven't received either my 500 signup miles nor any miles for my various visits. I emailed them weeks ago and received no reply. The lady at the booth last night seemed surprised. Anyway, others out here? Same deal? Thanks.

I emailed them again on 30 June and have not had the courtesy of any sort of reply, once again, save an autorespond that they received the email. They are about to lose my business for good.

Well, lo and behold, after 6 months of a few emails, no replies, complaints when leaving the lot, then a few months of not parking there, I received a letter with a certificate for 500 NW miles. The thing is, I never signed up for NW miles, rather AS miles. I called, and received a return call from a manager, who told me that they don't offer AS miles anymore (although the card they issued says ALAIR - their code) - The manager assured me that there is new management, and I can now receive UA miles and all is well - which we shall see.......

I was credited 500 Delta miles as of 12/5.
BTW I have been disappointed with Park SFO. I used them most of last year, and their service just got worse and worse as the year progressed. Each trip I made, it seemed there were fewer and fewer buses, and they were more and more crowded. The last time I used 'em, the bus was so full by the time it got to the United terminal that it couldn't pick anyone up.
I will be back to using SkyPark next year, and am looking forward to BART.

I park at ParkSFO 10+ days per month, I travel a lot on business.
I agree with the previous post, the service at ParkSFO had been going significantly down hill. I noticed that the bus waiting time was going way up. On one occasion, several customers went into the office to chew out the manager on duty, she was not very sympathetic and had a "you don't have to park here" attitude.
That being said, I have noticed that the service has improved in the past month (December). If it's true that they're under new management then I will keep using them as long as I see improvements.
Regarding miles, I had accumulated over 3000 miles since June and I hadn't received anything from them! I finally received two statements showing a balance ~2200 and that 2000 of those miles had been sent to United. Then, a few weeks later, I received another statement, this time it was different (which may indicate the management change) and it included 4 coupons of 500 miles for United. Apparently, the transfer is not automatic! You have to "deposit" these coupons using the United web site. Oh well, at least I'm getting my miles, finally!

Yeah, I used ParkSFO last year when Thrifty closed. Thrifty gave me miles and valet parked the car for what, $10/day? The ParkSFO always seemd long to me and I got tired of having to schlep my stuff to the car. Never saw my miles. Now I use the run-down, dumpy PCA and LOVE them. The drivers are super friendly and pick up/drop off at my car (they will wait for me, too!).Lots of buses running and I download a coupon to save my non-profit some $$$. Also I get a ticket stamped so that I get 5-FREE-days with every filled ticket(5 free days per 30 paid days). This is better than miles for me(Blasphemy, I know, but...) because I can use the 5-Free when I travel for pleasure.

IMHO SkyPark has about the same level of service as PCA, but a few plusses:
- Indooor parking available if you want to pay a little extra
- Valet service
- Donuts (ummmmm) if you have a morning flight
They also have a rebate program, and a web coupon at http://www.skypark.com/ecoup.html
What I don't get is how come the lots to the west of the new International Terminal are still so expensive, and why SFO long-term parking has always been the most expensive and least appealing option of all.

I won't use PCA. They once trashed my car inside when I had to doublepark and leave the keys, and they didn't care, nor replied to the form I completed. Their attitude was just horrendous when I described that a station I never listen to was blaring at speaker-blowing volume when I put the key in, and my CDs were scattered about the front and back seats. I'm (relatively) happy with Park'n'Fly. I may give ParkSFO another try now that I have an "assurance" from new management that all is in order, and that they do monthly FF submissions now.

Although it's a further drive, Anza Park and Sky can be cheaper than the others if you have a AAA card and stay >6 days. The rate is $11.25/day (+5% city tax) and the 7th day is free. $67.50 for 7 days versus $75.25 for 7 days at PCA.

Here's a Anza web coupon for $9.50/day. Not sure if they will give the 7th day free with this but it still works out cheaper regardless.
