Transfering between US and NW Intl.

For an upcoming trip in March, I have to transfer between US and NW Intl. (NRT) at SFO. My connection time is a brief 65 minutes. Is this connection reasonably doable at SFO, and what's the quickest way to get between the two airlines?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

No problem at all. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the US gates to the international terminal.
