Long Lines at OAK Security Checkin
Plan on allowing *lots* of extra time if you are planning on flying out of OAK during the holidays!
There was about a 30 minute delay going through the security checkpoint Saturday morning at 5:00am (!!!) It was so bad that 13 people who had already checked in at the ticket counter missed the flight I was on due to the long security line.
When I returned Monday afternoon, there must have been at least 700 people waiting in the security line at Terminal 1.
