SFO - 6 Hours to Wait.

Hope some of you regular SFO'rs can help!!
My partner and i are coming in to SFO about 5.55am from HNL and leaving for LHR about 12.20pm both flights on UA. As it a cheap Coach fare we can't do the lounges etc.
We did think about phoning a hotel (Hilton etc)about paying a small fee to come over and use their Pool/Leisure amenities.
Any tips.
Many thanks
Alan

Sure. Post when you're going to arrive at SFO on FlyerTalk Community. Maybe some of the locals will come out to the airport, or meet you for breakfast. Or perhaps another FT'er will also be at SFO that morning and be more than glad to hang out with you.

or if you decide to just hang around hte airport, the new international terminal has some neat reasaurants...maybe not 6 hours worth but much more in neresting than airport food...the deal at SFO was that if a restaurant wanted to be part of the terminal they had to sell the same food they sell in their SF Proper restaurants for the same prices...so many of the places in the Int terminal are a good deal...

What's your travel date? Perhaps I can meet you and escort you to the International Red Carpet Club? I can't say which hotels would have day passes to their spas, but the Westin is very near the airport and might be an option.
