Wineries

I've been wanting to got to wine tasting for some time now. Does anyone know of some good wineries in southern california?

Some nice ones in Temecula. My favorites: South Coast Winery (stay there often, member of their Wine Club as they have an outlet/restaurant in the OC as well), Wilson Creek, and ... arrgh (one other I can't remember on that same road).

There are loads of wineries around Santa Barbara and Santa Maria. many of them are quite well know! Did you see the film "Sideways"? It was filmed there...

That said, I also agree that Temecula is a super area to go wine tasting...
