Long haul connection on LCCs - check bags included in the fare?

I trying to book 3 pax from the Philippines to London for Christmas.

Fares are unforgiving, but Skyscanner offers routes on LCC's such as Scoot and Easyjet which need separate bag check-ins on the route.

Does the Skyscanner fare include the LCC check bag fees? The website isn't clear.

IIRC, Skyscanner only takes money from ticket sellers to post their prices. If the displayed fares are even available at all, Doubtful if anything is included. Missed connection and you'll probably end up paying a lot (lot) more.

Who are they offering? Kiwi, eDreams, Esky?

Agree with YVR Cockroach that Skyscanner was a useful service when it started, I now prefer Google Flights because it's easy to drill down to the flights from airlines displayed and compare all those secret little extras!
