Consolidators for overseas travel in Jakarta?
Not really sure, if this is the correct/thread, but here we go:
I was asked for help to book somebody from CGK to U.S. at a reasonable fare.
While there were some very good fares ex-US to CKG in the $ 600 - 700 range,
the other way around all (on Kayak et al) comes in sustantially higher.
Does anybody know any consolidators offering good fares ex-CGK?

Except:
Trying to figure out from which neighbouring country fare-competition is significantly better for travellers ...
Look for tickets originating in SIN/KUL/BKK/MNL and if an acceptable fare is found consider combining it with a LCC flight from CGK to that "starting point".
(LCC´s like Air Asia/Tiger Airways/Cebu Pacific/Malindo/etc.). Just make sure - if doing so - to allow for a substantial (minimum 6-8h !) layover at the airport where you connect between LCC and legacy carrier.
