Budget.com woes
I think I'm just going around in circles here, but I'm trying to set up an account on Budget's website. It is telling me that I need to register for a RapidRez number, but since I haven't rented a car yet, it then tells me that it can't find my information.
I just went through the phone version of the same thing with someone at Budget call center.
Someone please tell me this will all go away after my first rental and then I'll be able to finish setting up my account. I don't care if you have to lie to me, just tell me it will all be okay after my first rental posts!
Also, I couldn't see anywhere to add my SkyMiles info to my rental, I'm hoping I can add it when I go pick up the car.

I'm not sure about the account part or Rapid Rez, but I do know that there's nowhere on the Budget website to input any frequent traveler information. You have to add it at check-in.
