Phila, abysmal service
I have been a devoted Budget fan for years (Ft Myers, FL @ RSW) and use it occasionally in Philly. A site in the Sheraton Hotel(former Wndham Franklin Plaza) on Vine Street has left me fuming. First, the signage is difficult, and I went through to parking to sign in and then parking made me (I was in a cab)pay a ticket when we left immediately after finding no office. I had found the cars, in a corner of the second subterranean level. I was told at the office I had to walk back there to find my car, but eventually, someone brought it to the hotel drop off level. On returning, I was again told to return it to the site in the parking garage, where there were no slots at all, then walk back to some elevator to return the documents. There was no Rapid Return service)The staff on both times were rude and not helpful and I will NEVER use Budget in Philly again.
