Valid Budget Code in the Caribbean?

Valid Budget Code in the Caribbean?
I cannot find a code that works for Budget in the Caribbean (STT to be specific). I've tried U030174, as well as at least 20 other codes, but none of them will give me a discounted price. I'm looking to rent a car in late July.

it's a few years later--but that is my question as well.
