HNL Fastbreak?
Is there a Fastbreak at HNL? If so it's been a while since I used Budget, is it where you walk on the lot, pick your size car and drive off?

HNL is a counter location, meaning this: You will show your driver's license to the counter agent, get your keys, and off you go!
Most major airports offer the service you are talking about but not HNL.
