Budget & Aeroplan
I have had 8 rentals in the last 3 months, and am supposed to receive 500 miles per rental. Not 1 rental has posted. I phoned in in December and was told it would be taken care of, still nothing.
Anyone else having problems with Budget posting miles to Aeroplan? I have had 3 rentals with Avis in the same time, miles always show up within a week. Any advice on how to get these posted?

Budget is known to have a horrendous record in crediting miles on time if at all. Phone their 1-800 number and ask for a fax number to fax your rental invoice. We really should get double the miles everytime we have to chase them down. Or else call the rental location and tell them to credit again.
The YVR airport budget rental office once tried to bill me for damages done to the car by previous renters. I never bent down to look under the fender at pick up but they saw some scratches at drop off. I said I never saw those. They sent me a bill for the repair and I requested that they look back at previous inspection reports and bingo they apologized and found the damage was done by previous renters. I am never renting from Budget if I don't have to.

After a few phone calls, I managed to get a customer service phone # that actually helped. 905-673-5431. All points showed up yesterday.
