Budget in BOS and Ranger thoughts?
For an upcoming trip that will involve lots of driving around New England, I have two vehicles reserved for pick-up at BOS:
A Ford Ranger, through Budget, estimated $175/week
A full size, through Enterprise, estimated $195/week
My previous Ranger rentals were acceptable, but I didn't love driving it. On two occasions I was upgraded at MHT and ALB, once to an full-size car, and another time to a F150 king-cab pickup (which was fun but guzzled gas).
The advantages to Budget are Fastbreak and Perfect Drive.
I'd be interested to hear some thoughts on this rental scenario. What are my upgrade chances in BOS from the Ranger? Does Fastbreak Choice impact this? Should I just go with Enterprise for the extra $20?

With the roads being so poorly labeled in BOS the Ranger would help by better driving vision.
