Better E-mail address for customer service?
Hi,
I usually rent from Hertz, but thought I would give Budget a chance. I tried using a coupon from the entertainment book for 20% off of a weekly rental.
I notice that when I apply the code from the coupon the web site prices it out at the rack rate which is worse than the web site gives me with no code (at least they give me 5% off for just using the web).
So I click on the customer service link and describe my problem. Then I get a response that asks me for all the info I had just given them (well...except for time of pickup). So I mail back all of the info that they have requested.
Today I get an email stating:
First of all this makes no sense in the previous email had asked me for the info and stated they would look into it.
Second, since the entertainment book is an advertisement where coupons are ads placed by the companies listed, Budget is the issuer.
Is there any way to get someone at budget to help with this, or should I just keep using Hertz?

We have no control over how a discount code works. If you have entered the discount code into the BCD code prompt and garnered no additional discount, then you will need to contact the party in which issued the discount for additional information.
