BCD code makes price go up!
Budget is trying to screw with us out there. I have several of their BCD codes, including Costco, Entertainment Book, a college alumni association, and some others. Each one of these things makes the rate go UP. This is utter nonsense and serves simply to confuse the customer.

I had some of the same experiences with some of the BCD codes. Since reservations tell me that to bring the coupon to the counter & they will deduct whatever. (free weekend day usually for me 
). I use the BCD codes that reduce the regular rate.
