Do you think Budget will ever win a FREDDIE, or just continue to be barn shovelings?

I vote barn shovelings based on my recent experience with Budget.
Waited 2 hours for a car in LA and they wouldn't accept the $20 off coupon from smarterliving because they said I already had a discounted rate.
The building was a madhouse and none of the customers knew what to think. Budget blamed it on the snowstorms out east, but this was several days after the snowstorm. I noted that a person who came in two hours after me left with her car the same time I did. Don't plan to use Budget again.
