$20 discount cpn and 25% off with smarterliving.com
I have been looking for the best deal on a car in LA and found that, so far, smarterliving.com and their discount code/coupon offer is the best for my needs. Need to pick the car up at LAX and drop at Union Station LA.

On a somewhat related subject, be aware that at any Vegas Budget locations, they will not honor any $15/$20/$25 discounts, including from SmarterLiving.com (tried 2 weeks ago...) It always worked out thought in LAX.
