It is january and the site is still dead. Bad sign!!!

Actually that probably isn't true - I had this happen and called Budget. You will need to delete your cookies, or at least delete the cookies for Budget. As soon as I did that, it worked fine. Apparently, if you tried it while the site was down, and received that annoying page - it kept that page on your hard drive (I suppose), and always looks there first when you go to Budget.com. Easily fixable, but certainly annoying.

I am having the same problem. I cleared my cookies, but still can't access Budget.com
