Perfect Drive Points versus Miles
I asked for Northwest miles on a recent rental, but I didn't get them. However I did get Perfect Drive Points. Is this standard, or did someone at Budget make a mistake?

Check the profile of your perfect drive membership and call member services at 800 budget 4 - they can potentially repost your miles and deduct the points. PD Points are redeemable for miles at an almost 1 to 1 rate once you have 500.
I would redeem for free rentals though - better value.
